Situated in peaceful Grandola ed Uniti, the villa is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Como yet only five minutes’ drive or a short walk to the stunning lake-front town of Menaggio. The villa comfortably sleeps 12 guests in finely decorated, spacious and well appointed bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. (Two separate annexes provide additional accommodation for up to 4 guests). A welcoming double entrance hallway with sweeping staircase leads to an elegant drawing room and dining room, cocktail bar and games/TV room beyond. A large and well-equipped family kitchen and separate laundry meet all your needs.

The large garden is a haven of tranquillity. From a long granite terrace you step on to a perfect croquet lawn which rolls gently down to a large swimming pool with sunbathing terrace. Surrounded by ancient and spectacular trees this garden offers wonderful al fresco dining; enjoy memorable lunches with family and friends in the dappled shade of an old cedar tree. Perhaps later, a candlelit dinner celebrating a special occasion. A beautiful and very private garden for restful contemplation, a round of croquet or perhaps a quiet afternoon snooze in the shade.
